For instant help finding a piece, ask LUMI, our digital concierge, using the button at the bottom of any page. LUMI searches our live catalogue and will never invent a product, price or stock level.
Delivery
- Complimentary delivery — 2–3 working days, signature on delivery. Complimentary.
- Express delivery — Next working day, ordered before 2pm. £20.
- Nominated-day courier — White-glove courier on your chosen day. £35.
- International express — 3–5 working days, duties calculated at delivery. £45, complimentary on orders over £2,000.
Every order is dispatched in our signature presentation and requires a signature on delivery. For international orders, import duties and local taxes are calculated and payable on delivery.
Returns
You may return unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Returns within the UK are complimentary; we will arrange collection at a time that suits you.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and fragrance can only be returned with their seals intact. Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued within five working days of the piece reaching us and may take a further 5–10 working days to appear on your statement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sizing
Ready-to-wear
Our ready-to-wear is shown in international sizes XS–XL, corresponding approximately to UK 6–14. Each product page lists the details of the piece.
Footwear
Footwear is shown in European sizes. If you are between sizes we recommend the larger; a client advisor can help with fit.
Rings & belts
Rings are shown in UK letter sizes. Belt sizes are the length in centimetres from the buckle to the middle hole.
The Luminous Circle
The Luminous Circle is our private client programme, offering early access to new collections, members-only edits and invitations to events. Membership is extended by invitation to our clients. If you would like to know more, please speak to a client advisor.
Payment & security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Luminous Luxury never sees or stores your card details. We accept major credit and debit cards, and gift cards issued by Luminous Luxury.
